Our dealers and their customers expect the highest quality materials and product design. As a member of the Engineering & Product Design team, you'll work closely with commercial partners, dealers and franchisees to create solutions to today's most challenging foundation- and concrete-repair problems, as well as develop innovative garage storage, flooring and organization solutions for homeowners across the US. Precision and technical excellence are the chief requirements for the position.

Department Highlights
- Redesigned the PowerBrace™ wall-bracing system with patented top bracket assemblies
- Assisted Product Strategy in the design of a new quick-connect fitting and port to increase efficiencies in PolyLevel® installations
- Developed proprietary slatwall lock that works better and is far less expensive to produce than existing solutions
