











As a Commercial Project Advisor, Matt supports dealers in the Supportworks network in a number of areas. He provides technical support for deep foundation products, equipment evaluation, commercial project support and product quoting.
Matt has over 17 years of experience in construction, with 14 of those being in the foundation stabilization and repair industry. He is a NAWSRC certified water proofing and structural repair specialist, and has completed the sales trainer program through Sandler Training. With his extensive experience and unique perspective, Matt will play a key role in assisting our dealer network grow their commercial markets.
Purpose outside of work: Matt is a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and three very active kids. When he's not in the office, you can usually find him at one of his children's sporting events or out on a family camping trip.
As the Community Coordinator at Supportworks, Anna is responsible for organizing and maintaining the company's community outreach program.
Prior to joining the Supportworks team, Anna spent three years as an Assistant Buyer for a major toy manufacturer. She most recently gained valuable experience working as an Executive Assistant, with heavy involvement in community outreach programs, for one of the largest foundation repair companies in the U.S. Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in marketing from Northwestern University.
Purpose outside of work: You can usually find Anna at activities in support of her church or three young children. Her favorite pastime is being with her family and friends.
As a Business Analyst, Jennifer serves as the Supportworks data expert and chief problem solver. She uses her love of spreadsheets and strong analytical skills to help prove every day that more is possible for our network by working closely with our dealer performance team to identify key dealer opportunities, support new product development plans and recommend solutions for business problems.
Jennifer brings over a decade of experience in building, analyzing, and reporting on cross-functional data to the Supportworks team. Most recently growing her skills and knowledge working on financial analysis and forecasting at a local business within the pallet and warehousing industry. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
Purpose outside of work: When Jennifer is away from the office, her happiest times are spent with family and friends. She is also passionate about fitness and her health, so if she isn't at work or with family, you can most likely find her at a local CrossFit gym. Jennifer also enjoys cooking, exploring the outdoors and getting lost in a good book.
As Senior Director of Sales & Business Development at Supportworks, Kurtis coaches, advises and consults with dealers around the country on business development. He also delivers training seminars, contributes to curriculum and provides one-on-one support for sales professionals within the network.
Prior to joining the Supportworks team, Kurtis spent more than a year learning the foundation repair industry as a System Design Specialist for a large Supportworks dealer, and became a certified foundation repair specialist. He did so to gain an in-depth understanding of the industry. He now combines this with his sales management and development background. Kurtis has served in senior-level business development and sales positions in Fortune 1000 companies in the banking and finance industries, among others. He holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
Purpose outside of work: Kurtis is devoted to his family, which includes his wife and three children. According to Kurtis, "There's almost always a full house of family activities going on including Mama K's Big Sunday Dinner each week, backyard and board game nights, and breakfast together after Sunday church." Tailgating with family and friends at Husker football games dominates most fall Saturdays.
As the Vice President of Operations at Supportworks, John oversees business management of our dealer partnerships and brands, working closely with our team of Business Coaches on marketing plans and strategies.
John brings nearly a decade of industry-specific business management experience to the Supportworks team. Prior to joining the company, he worked as a General Manager at a large waterproofing and foundation repair company, gaining invaluable knowledge about both foundation issues and customer needs. He comes to us with a Class A CDL license, Six Sigma Green Belt certification, Meticulous Hiring certification and holds a Bachelor's degree from Ohio University.
Purpose outside of work: Outside of the office, John's true happy place is spending time with his wife and two children. Together, they love traveling and hunting down the best BBQ joints! John also loves to whip up his own BBQ dishes at home and unwind with the occasional fishing trip.
As the Senior Structural Engineer & Product Engineering Manager at Supportworks, Kyle focuses on the development and verification testing for many of our products and equipment. He provides technical support to installing contractors and their consultants. Kyle is often involved in unique projects, especially those that include specialty connections, brackets or other custom products. Kyle also assists with the development of technical documents and presentations.
Prior to joining Supportworks, Kyle worked as a consulting engineer providing structural design for building construction. During his tenure as a consultant, he assisted a committee of helical pile manufacturers in the development of acceptance criteria for helical foundation systems and devices. This document became known as Acceptance Criteria 358 (AC358) which was initially published in 2007 by the International Code Council Evaluation Service (ICC-ES) and has since become the standard to which helical piles are designed and evaluated. Kyle joined Supportworks in 2008 and continues to serve on similar committees that propose revisions to AC358 to keep it current. These committees also provide input on specific provisions of the International Building Code (IBC) that concern helical piles. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from North Dakota State University.
Purpose outside of work: Kyle enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two children. He is also an enthusiastic fan of college football and playing golf.
As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist at Supportworks, Man is responsible for managing orders coming in from across our network, making sure that each order is correct and shipped according to the dealer's request. This enables our dealers to receive product quickly so they can continue to serve their customers without interruption.
Prior to joining the team at Supportworks, Man gained invaluable experience in inventory management and customer service at a nationally-known general merchandise retailer. Man holds a Bachelor's degree in general studies from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
Purpose outside of work: When Man is away from the warehouse, some of his favorite pastimes include, playing video games, watching movies and hanging out with friends. He is also a martial arts instructor and spends most of his evenings passing his skills on to other aspiring martial artists.
Clay is a UX/UI Designer at Supportworks. He's responsible for user experience and interactive communications throughout all of Supportworks' marketing, proprietary programs and software applications.
Prior to joining Supportworks, Clay worked in a variety of design positions in agencies and companies. With seven years of experience in many facets of design and a passion for interactive work, he now serves as the lead interactive designer. He works closely with other designers and the technology team at Supportworks to ensure the highest quality user experience is present in all interactive work we deploy to our network.
Purpose out of work: Clay is a self-described full-time family man. He enjoys spending his days with his significant other, Mindy and two sons. He also likes 60s R&B, Bob Dylan, comics and anything that reminds him of his childhood (things like He-Man, Thundercats, Batman and Superman.) Clay also has a weak spot for Fantasy Football.
As a Senior Production Coach at Supportworks, Andy assists contractors throughout North America in determining how best to address challenging foundation problems. An expert on the proper installation of our products, he also facilitates training and supervises projects.
Andy has more than a decade of both hands-on and management experience with concrete, construction and foundation repair. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in business administration.
Purpose outside of work: Andy loves to return home from business trips to his wife and two daughters. He enjoys taking on home improvement projects with them. Andy also likes hunting, fishing and most other activities in the great outdoors.
Lindsey is a Graphic Designer at Supportworks. She works primarily with network dealers to help enhance their marketing materials. Her eye for detail and her experience with companies across the network make her a valuable part of the creative team.
Before joining the Supportworks team, Lindsey worked for a decade in a franchise environment, where she supported more than 190 locations across the U.S. and Canada with advertising material, product photography, event planning and developing e-learning programs. She earned an Associate's degree in graphic communication and illustration from the Creative Center, a school specialized in graphic arts.
Purpose outside of work: Lindsey is never bored with two young children at home. When not spending time with her husband and kids, she enjoys cooking, planning social events and outdoor activities like gardening, golfing and camping.
As a Structural Engineer, Ned is involved in the research, development, testing and evaluation of Supportworks' products. He assists the engineering team with preliminary designs where unique connections are being considered for specialty applications. He also provides technical support to other engineers and contractors within the Supportworks network.
Ned gained valuable technical experience in several positions before joining Supportworks. He evaluated the structural retrofit of cell phone towers and later focused on buildings as a project manager for precast concrete structures. Ned holds a Master's degree in engineering with a structural emphasis and a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, both from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
Purpose outside of work: Ned loves to spend time with the girls-his wife and two daughters! You might also find him on the basketball court, playing with friends and family, watching Husker sports or enjoying the outdoors while camping.
As the Warehouse Coordinator for Inventory Control and Receiving at Supportworks, Justin is responsible to manage orders coming in from across our network, making sure that each order is correct and shipped according to the dealer's request. This enables our dealers to receive product quickly so they can continue to serve their customers without interruption.
Before joining Supportworks, Justin gained experience in in receiving, inventory and shipping while working for some of the largest product distributors in the U.S. for more than 15 years.
Purpose outside of work: Justin is a major sports enthusiast! He enjoys watching college athletics with friends and family, and spending time outdoors. When he has time, he also enjoys traveling.
As a Business Coach at Supportworks, Justin assists contractors throughout North America with their goal setting and business strategy to help them achieve more than they ever thought possible.
Justin brings over a decade of experience in construction and training to Supportworks. Most recently, he honed in on his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping people by starting up his own coaching business where he advised small businesses in Nebraska, Michigan and Oklahoma on various growth and performance improvement strategies. Justin also studied business administration and management at Bellevue University.
Purpose outside of work: Justin is all about people, and that applies to life outside the office, too, as he loves spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys a good podcast, getting away to work on his golf game and has a newfound passion for hiking.
As Director of Technology at Supportworks, John provides both leadership and technical insight to the technology team. His broad background in software development and high-level programming skills allows Supportworks to continue to push the envelope in developing new technology that impacts dealers in the network and the entire industry in a positive way.
John has more than 25 years of experience in the software industry. Before joining Supportworks, led teams in developing solutions for the energy and hospitality industry, education and work force markets, benefits management and telecommunications. Prior to being an official part of the company, he consulted with us to build HelixPro, Vistabid, Tool Tracker and Crew Organizer. John holds a PhD. from the University of California, Davis; a Master's degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Harding University. He is also a member of the Association for Computing Machinery.
Purpose outside of work: John enjoys his work immensely, but also loves to spend time with his family, including his wife, three sons and two daughters. He's a self-proclaimed foodie and member of the International Wine and Food Society, and appreciates a good cigar.
Emilie is an Event and Training Coordinator here at Supportworks, working directly with our Event Planner to organize network training and events. She applies her passion for detail, people and hard work to redefine the training experience for our dealers.
Prior to joining Supportworks, Emilie gained top-notch experience working as an Event Coordinator for a local nonprofit organization responsible for the operation of two of Omaha's largest event venues, giving the team invaluable insight for our annual Redefine Conference. Emilie's passion for event planning has always been in her blood, she began her career as an intern for a corporate event planning firm while pursuing her undergraduate degree. Emilie holds a Bachelor's degree in general management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Purpose outside of work: Emilie is very devoted to her local community, giving back through her church as often as possible. When she is not in the office, or volunteering, Emilie lives for a good adventure! Some of her favorite pastimes are paddle boarding, hiking, kayaking and cliff jumping.
Terri is a Paralegal at Supportworks, providing support and assistance to our General Counsel. Her understanding of intellectual property helps support our creative and marketing teams to protect the incredible materials they produce for our network.
Terri brings over ten years of experience to the Supportworks team. She spent most of that time working in intellectual property law, but also brings knowledge in both corporate and banking law. Terri holds a Bachelor's degree in criminal justice from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. She also earned a Post-Baccalaureate certificate in legal assisting from Metropolitan Community College.
Purpose outside of work: Terri is all about her family, spending her down time with her husband and two young daughters. She also enjoys baking and has special talent for cake decorating!
Tim wears two important hats at Supportworks: he is our dealer-facing help desk wizard, and he also does quality assurance (QA) for our software development team. On the help desk, Tim is the friendly voice you get when you call in with questions about software or apps used in the network. His QA work includes finding and solving software-related bugs, essentially hunting for "breaks" in the software. That isn't all he does. He's also behind the scenes, uncovering ways to prevent problems with software code before they even begin!
Before joining the Supportworks team, Tim learned the ins and outs of working on a busy help desk, and doing quality assurance work, through several professional positions. With his experience, can-do customer service attitude and natural aptitude for technology, he's the perfect fit for his current position. Tim earned an Associate's degree in audio/video broadcasting from Northeast Community College.
Purpose outside of work: Tim's a man of many interests. He loves to spend time with his wife, especially gardening. He's also a huge lover of sun tea, and takes great care and pride in his brews. A glass of sun tea and a good comic book after gardening and Tim's set!
As Senior Advisor, Jim oversees all of our financial, legal and compliance matters.
Jim brings 40 years of experience in providing financial leadership and direction to Supportworks. He has served in various finance and accounting roles in the healthcare and construction industries over those years. He holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration.
Purpose outside of work: When Jim's not overseeing the company's financial operations, you'll find him fishing, gardening or cooking. He and his wife have three adult children.
As a Production Coach at Supportworks, Phil is an expert on the proper installation of our products. He assists our dealer network throughout North America in determining how best to address challenging foundation and concrete leveling problems, helping them realize more is possible and further redefine the industry.
Phil's experience and passion for training and leadership make him perfectly suited for his role at Supportworks. With over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial construction and plumbing, including as a company owner, he became a production manager for one of the largest foundation repair and waterproofing companies in the U.S. He proved his management abilities and gained deep knowledge of the industry. Phil is a graduate of the Associated Contractors and Builders Trade School.
Purpose outside of work: One of Phil's driving passions is encouraging people to be better. This applied to his crews when he was in the field, and serves him well now as a husband and father of three young daughters. He loves to spend time with his family working around the house, or under the hood of a classic car. He's currently determined to pass his love of handiwork to his daughters through Legos!
As a Warehouse Admin Specialist at Supportworks, Rich assists dealers who have questions on orders and inventory levels to ensure each order is correct and shipped to the dealer's request. He's an important point of connection between the procurement team and dealers across the network, which enables our dealers to receive product quickly so they can continue to serve their customers without interruption.
Rich comes to Supportworks with over 30 years of experience in customer service, purchasing and warehouse inventory management. He's an expert at working with customers on tracking down information and problem solving.
Purpose outside of work: As a devoted family man, spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren tops Rich's list of favorite pastimes. Together, they enjoy family plinking competitions, traveling and cheering on the Huskers whenever possible.
As a Software Engineer at Supportworks, Brendan develops, tests and implements technology solutions to be used by the dealers in our network. He also reviews existing technology applications and recommends updates that improve their effectiveness to offer the best possible user experience.
Brendan brings a wide variety of expertise in marketing, mobile application design and programming to the team at Supportworks. He also studied computer science at the University of Nebraska - Omaha and holds an Associate's degree in electronics technology with a CCNA certification from CISCO.
Purpose outside of work: Along with his wife and two young children, Brendan loves traveling and being outdoors. He also stays active within his community by assisting with mission work through his church. When Brendan does have down time for himself, he enjoys unwinding with a project around his home-anything from woodworking and home improvement tasks, to keeping his garden in tip-top shape.
Tim is the Manager of Warehouse and Logistics at Supportworks. He leads the team that ensures product orders are filled and shipped efficiently and on-time to dealers in the network. He also works closely with the supply chain team to ensure inventory is up-to-date and appropriately managed.
Tim came to Supportworks with a strong background in warehouse management. He has more than a decade of experience in managing a warehouse, and more than 15 years of general warehouse experience. Tim earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is also a certified, forklift operator trainer.
Purpose outside of work: Tim enjoys time at home with his wife, son and daughter, especially when cooking together. He's also a loyal Nebraska football fan and enjoys watching European soccer, traveling and exercise.
As a Marketing Specialist at Supportworks, Kristen works with all teams throughout the company to be deeply involved with marketing and communications initiatives, both internally and externally - from developing email campaigns and copywriting to editing print publications and managing all of our social media platforms.
Prior to joining the Supportworks team, Kristen spent several years working as an Internet Marketing Coordinator after first beginning her career in merchandising at one of the largest home furnishing stores in the U.S. She holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration.
Purpose outside of work: Kristen enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling whenever possible. One of her favorite pastimes is baking, a hobby she picked up from her mom at a very young age. Kristen is also a member of the TeamMates mentoring program here in Omaha, where she has been with her mentee since 2013.
As Executive Vice President, Amanda is responsible for helping guide Supportworks' strategic initiatives, including those aimed at business growth within the contracting industry and dealer support. She also works directly with dealers and the business area experts on the dealer development team. In addition to coaching and training other training facilitators in the areas of management, leadership and business development, she also consults within the industry, contributes articles to industry publications and speaks at industry events.
Amanda has been active in the foundation repair industry since early 2007. Prior to this, she served in senior-level corporate training and development roles in a variety of industries. She conducted trainings in more than 10 countries and on five continents. Amanda has been honored with numerous professional awards for her work, including two Best Practices awards from the Human Resources Association of the Midlands and a Forty Under Forty award for leadership. Amanda graduated with honors from Doane College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communication with an emphasis in Training and Development.
Purpose outside of work: Amanda is the definition of energy, both in and outside of the office! Her three young children keep her on the move. Along with her husband, she enjoys travel, reading, movies, music, gardening and spending time with friends. Not among her top 10 out-of-work activities: long periods of sleep!
As Inventory Planning Supervisor, Melissa is an integral part of our procurement team. In this role, she uses her keen forecasting abilities to ensure products are kept at optimum levels so dealer orders can be filled without delay.
Melissa has more than a decade of experience in purchasing, inventory management, and planning. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Merchandising from Iowa State University.
Purpose outside of work: Melissa's life outside of work is busy and full of family events. She loves to watch Iowa State basketball and football with her husband, attend athletic events for her two children and spends time with her hobby, photography.
As Software Product Manager at Supportworks, Josh is dedicated to enhancing our software offerings by enriching the user experience through constant learning, testing and product enhancements. He has supported the technology team at Supportworks in building and maintaining a suite of software that helps our network present and sell to homeowners, enable installation crews to work efficiently, empower service technicians to service and provide a clean bill-of-health to homeowners, and provide owners real-time data on their businesses.
Prior to taking on this role in 2018, Josh spent six years on the creative team, managing video, photography and 3D animation specialists. In that time, he gained an intimate understanding of the practices that create remarkable experiences for our dealers and the homeowners they serve. Josh grew passionate about not only the stories that are told through video or photos, but the experience that can be channeled through software on which those assets are shared. Before joining Supportworks, Josh spent his college years gaining experience by working with HuskerVision and taking on other opportunities in video production. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, and holds a Bachelor's degree in journalism with a focus on broadcast production and advertising.
Purpose outside of work: Josh is a family man, so spending time with his wife and two young sons are the top of his list. He also enjoys traveling and expanding his worldview through books.
As Video Specialist at Supportworks, Ethan uses his extensive set of skills in filming, visual effects and storytelling to help us redefine how we train, educate, and inspire dealers in the network through video.
Ethan brings a wide variety of video experience to the Supportworks team. He began his career at HuskerVision where he produced professional sports broadcasts before venturing out to the Big Apple to serve as an Assistant Director on a feature film. Most recently, Ethan was a Compositor and Technical Project Manager for a visual effects studio out in California where he was able to work on well-known projects like, The Mandalorian, Avengers: Endgame and The Walking Dead. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in film and new media from the Johnny Carson School of Theatre & Film at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
Purpose outside of work: Ethan loves the opportunity to get out and try new things-from exploring emerging media technologies and platforms to volunteering with various non-profit organizations. In fact, the number one thing on his bucket list is to one day work on an international disaster and relief team. Ethan also enjoys kayaking, board games, sand volleyball and spending time with friends and family.
As the President of Supportworks, Dave is an integral part of the company's vision and strategy. By developing new technology, making the focus on customer support and training and putting key employees in positions to do extraordinary things, Dave has led the company to exceptional growth that has been recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of America's fastest growing private companies for three consecutive years.
As the senior leader since the company's inception, Dave has been the driving force behind every initiative. He grew up in the foundation business and began working on an installation crew for his father's foundation repair company at the age of fourteen. He has installed hundreds of foundation repair systems with his own hands, which gives him a unique level of understanding about foundation problems and their solutions, the contracting industry and what is required to lead a company from every level.
Dave earned a Bachelor's degree in business communications and marketing from Concordia University, where he was honored as Most Outstanding Student of the Year. Before founding Supportworks, Dave held marketing and sales positions at two Fortune 1000 companies in the transportation and infrastructure industries, gaining valuable corporate and client management skills.
In 2010, he co-authored the book Foundation Repair Science, which has sold nearly a half million copies. In 2013, Dave received the 40 Under 40 Award from the Midlands Business Journal in recognition of his vision and leadership.
Dave's philosophy has always been that in order for Supportworks to grow, the company's senior leaders need to be aligned. One of the key ways that he created a culture of alignment was by establishing a company "purpose". Finding that purpose has provided direction and accountability to company initiatives and been a touchstone to use in protecting the company culture.
This concept of purpose and its role in creating a positive company culture has been recognized nationally. In addition to speaking about the concept with national publications such as Forbes Magazine and the Huffington Post, Dave's story was recently told in the best-selling book, Leading with Noble Purpose by Lisa Earle McLeod.
Purpose outside of work: Dave is a devoted husband and father of three young children. He loves spending time with the family, as well as participating in various sports including softball and golf. He loves to fish and hunt, and is an active member of his church, where he volunteers and serves as a leader in several areas of ministry.
As a Rig Builder at Supportworks, Joe handles all aspects of rig customization through electrical, construction, welding, fabricating and mechanical outputs. His work has a direct impact on the dealers in our concrete division.
Joe brings nearly a decade of forklift experience to Supportworks, working for national and international suppliers and manufacturers. Because he also worked as a framer for nearly a decade, he also has a solid understanding of the contracting and constructing also has an understanding of construction.
Purpose outside of work: Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He also enjoys fishing, working out and watching college football.
As a Content Creator, Patrick uses his professional experience in brand development, advertising and writing to assist dealers across the network with campaigns and brand messaging to strengthen their marketing efforts. He also serves as the primary copywriter at Supportworks, working closely with our marketing and creative teams on a wide variety of projects.
Before joining Supportworks, Patrick learned what it takes to successfully reach markets across a wide range of industries while working in the advertising and creative world. As a strategist, writer and producer, he helped companies of various sizes and with diverse business models create powerful, effective marketing campaigns in print, television, radio and digital. His career has included positions in marketing/advertising agencies in the U.S. and Europe. Patrick attended the University of Iowa, majoring in film.
Purpose outside of work: Patrick's creative side never quits. After hours, you can find him at band practice-his current band is focused on "old-school country"-playing guitar and singing original compositions. Over the years, his bands have toured the country from coast to coast. He enjoys cooking, traveling (he's lived in several countries) and spending time with his wife and their two rescue dogs.
As a Director of Sales & Service Training, Justin trains, educates and coaches dealers throughout the Supportworks network in sales, service and marketing. He uses his insight and knowledge to equip dealers with the tools they need to increase sales and enhance business profits.
Before joining Supportworks, Justin gained valuable experience working as a Service Manager for one of the largest foundation repair companies in the U.S. He also spent six years in the fixture manufacturing industry, working directly with contractors, architects and engineers in renovation and new construction. Justin comes to Supportworks as a Certified Waterproofing Professional, a Certified Foundation Repair Specialist and received his LEED Green Associate Credentials from the USGBC.
Purpose outside of work: Justin is a devoted family man and enjoys spending his down-time with his wife and four young children. Together they all love a good movie at home, but some of the best times are spent simply reading books, playing games, completing puzzles or taking long walks in the neighborhood.
As a Business Development Manager here at Supportworks, David uses his extensive history in business development and account management to assist our network of dealers with business support. He also plays a large role in recruiting new dealers to join the network.
David comes to Supportworks with over a decade of experience in business and sales development. Most recently gaining invaluable knowledge and insight as a business consultant where he assisted in the growth of a local direct mail print business, using his skills and expertise to transform the company into a full, turn-key marketing agency. Prior to that, he worked as a sales manager where he provided daily coaching and assistance to his team while also creating products that would benefit their clients.
Purpose outside of work: For David, family is his main focus outside of the office; spending as much time as possible with his wife and three children. He also has a deep love for breakfast food and enjoys a good brunch when he's not testing out new recipes at home. During downtime, he likes to sneak away to the gym to support his love of food.
As a Marketing Coach, Megan works closely with dealers across the Supportworks network to expand and strengthen their marketing efforts. Before joining Supportworks, Megan gained invaluable insight into marketing, social media and proper website management by leading the digital department for a local broadcast company. She also brings experience in training as she spent a lot of her time motivating account executives to broaden their understanding of the digital marketing landscape. She holds a Bachelor's degree from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University, with an emphasis in economics, and is up-to-date on Google Ads certifications.
Purpose outside of work: Megan is a devoted family woman and takes pride in being the best teammate possible to her husband. Together, they love to maintain their strong bond with their out-of-town family members by putting them over everything and traveling to visit whenever possible.
Nancy Thrasher is Co-Owner of Supportworks. With over 35 years of experience in business operations, Nancy contributes to many areas of the company, including executive leadership, finance, human resources and event planning. In addition, Nancy interfaces directly with Supportworks dealers across North America on a regular basis.
Before founding Supportworks with her husband Greg, Nancy co-founded Thrasher Basement Systems in 1975. Together, the couple launched the company from their farmhouse home in Iowa and grew it to its place today, as one of the largest foundation stabilization and concrete repair contractors in the U.S. In 2008, recognizing that the foundation and concrete repair industry needed higher quality products and a more robust national training program, they founded Supportworks. Both of the Thrashers' companies have been awarded by organizations such as the Better Business Bureau, Omaha Chamber of Commerce, Midlands Business Journal and others for achieving high levels of integrity, growth and customer service. Nancy credits much of that success to attracting "wonderful, smart employees who work in the areas in which they are gifted."
Purpose outside of work: Nancy and Greg have three children: Dan, Dave and Anna, along with many grandchildren. When not at the office, Nancy loves spending time with her grandchildren and volunteering at her church. She and Greg are involved in many faith-based organizations in the community, and enjoy sharing their blessings with others through these ministries.
Jeff serves as the Director of Engineering at Supportworks. In addition to leading the engineering team, he is involved in product design, product verification testing, preliminary design applications, project consulting and developing and presenting education-based material. He routinely travels throughout the United States and Canada to consult with local installing contractors about general or project-specific needs, and to present technical information to engineers, architects and general contractors.
With extensive experience as a geotechnical engineer, Jeff has been part of the piering and anchoring industry for more than a decade. Prior to joining Supportworks, Jeff worked as a geotechnical engineer for multiple large consulting firms, where he gained experience in the areas of site development, landslide stabilization and deep foundations. He holds both a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a Master's degree in engineering from South Dakota State University. Jeff is a licensed professional engineer in Ohio, Nebraska, Iowa and Florida, and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI).
Purpose outside of work: Jeff is a devoted family man and enjoys being active with his wife and three sons. He also enjoys sports, classic cars and working in the yard.
As Director of Procurement at Supportworks, Abby leads a team of buyers who maintain our inventory of products. She works with them on purchasing and on monitoring product inventory levels. This is vital to our ability to ensure product is ready to ship without delay when ordered by dealers within the network.
Abby has more than a decade of experience in purchasing, product and assortment development and inventory management. She graduated from Wayne State College with a Bachelor's degree in History. In her words, "History is the best predictor of your future, and that's the connection between my education and what I do now!"
Purpose outside of work: Abby's husband and three children are her world outside of the office. She loves doing home improvement projects, running, cooking and the Iowa Hawkeyes. She is an active member of a book club and teaches Faith Formation at her church.
Beth is a Senior Accountant at Supportworks. In this role, she oversees our general accounting needs, including inventory reconciliation, tax filing and preparing the financial statements.
Prior to joining the Supportworks team, Beth gained nearly two decades of accounting experience working with a contractor and in the restaurant industry. Before she moved into an accounting career, Beth started as an interior designer. We believe she has the best looking account ledgers in the industry! Beth holds a Bachelor's degree in interior design and English with a minor in business administration from Wayne State College.
Purpose outside of work: Beth is always down for an adventure! She enjoys spending time with family and friends participating in a variety of fun activities. Some of Beth's favorite past times are snow skiing, boating, water skiing and traveling.
Kyle is a Graphic Designer at Supportworks. In this role, he designs a wide variety of items, including brochures, emails and conference materials. He enjoys working on pieces that are flexible and have multiple uses, and believes that function should come before subjective design.
Before joining the Supportworks team, Kyle gained professional experience working for a business information company. There, he developed designs that contributed to branding for a targeted solution product line. He also has experience in doing freelance work with a number of local start-up companies. Kyle holds an Associate's degree in graphic design from the Creative Center, a school specializing in design, illustration and computer graphics.
Purpose outside of work: When away from the office, Kyle enjoys spending time with his friends and family and often seeks like-minded people with an appetite for learning.
As a Software Trainer here at Supportworks, Matt works closely with our dealer network to teach, coach and mentor on related software programs to increase business organization and productivity. He provides different training styles to meet specific needs such as online, one-on-one and in-classroom settings.
Prior to Supportworks, Matt gained valuable experience and insight as a Senior Technology Training Consultant where he assisted Financial Advisors on transitioning over to new roles and getting staff up and running with necessary software. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
Purpose outside of work: Matt is a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and five siblings, preferably teeing off at a local golf course or venturing to his backyard for some lawn games. Born and raised in Nebraska, he's also a diehard Husker football fan.
Don is the Senior Application Engineer at Supportworks. In this role, he provides preliminary design assistance for installing contractors, engineers, architects and other design professionals. He also assists with product development and verification testing, and the development of technical documents and presentations.
Don uses his extensive professional experience to advise on large and challenging commercial and industrial applications involving helical piles, helical tiebacks, soil nail walls or hydraulically-driven push pier systems. He also had more than 15 years of experience as an electrician and instrument technician prior to becoming a civil engineer. He holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in civil engineering from the University of Missouri - Rolla. He has also completed all but dissertation for his Ph.D. in civil engineering. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) Helical Foundations and Tiebacks Committee, and the DFI Seismic and Lateral Load Committee.
Purpose outside of work: At heart, Don is an outdoorsman with a love of fishing, boating, kayaking, bicycling and motorcycling.
As Supportworks' Marketing Manager, Amanda is broadly responsible for the company's multi-platform marketing efforts and strategies. In this role, she partners with a large team of creatives-including graphic designers, writers and video, photo, animation and 3D specialists-that works together to develop and bring various marketing concepts to life.
Before she joined Supportworks, Amanda spent the previous 11 years marketing for one of the nation's largest independent jewelry stores and started her career marketing for non-profit museums and attractions. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha and holds a bachelor's degree in journalism with an emphasis in public relations and marketing.
Purpose outside of work: When not at work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her two small children, hosting dinners for friends and traveling.
In her role as the Project Manager at Supportworks, Elaine works closely with the creative, tech and marketing teams to oversee projects from initiation to completion. Many of these projects result in things such as software applications and mobile apps that help network dealers with their own businesses, or creative pieces that dealers can use to build their own marketing campaigns.
Prior to joining Supportworks, Elaine gained valuable experience and insight from more than a decade in various marketing and technical project management roles at a major toy manufacturing company. She's a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and holds a Bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
Purpose outside of work: Elaine's true happy place is spending time with her husband and two young children; traveling whenever possible. When she is not in the office, or out on an adventure with her family, she loves catching some rays, working in her garden, or whipping up some delicious baked goods in her kitchen.
As Lead Rig Builder at Supportworks, Trent handles all aspects of rig customization through electrical, construction, welding, fabricating and mechanical outputs. His work has a direct impact on the dealers in our concrete division.
Trent brings decades of mechanics, machine operations and warehouse experience to the team, most recently as a maintenance tech for an outdoor recreational retailer. In addition to his warehouse expertise, Trent attended Southeast Community College, specializing in auto repair.
Purpose outside of work: Outside of the office, Trent's favorite pastime is rebuilding old cars. He also loves hunting, fishing, cheering on Nebraska football and spending time with his wife and three children.
As Senior Business Coach, Igor works directly with the training and development team to assist in onboarding and consulting our network of dealers. Most of Igor's time is spent building business plans to help our dealers reach their goals and achieve profitability. Whether it is a newer dealer trying to hire their first sales manager or a well-established dealer looking to implement the EOS Traction Model, Igor is their point of contact at Supportworks.
Prior to joining Supportworks, Igor gained valuable experience in sales and finance while working for a technical supplies distribution company. Born and raised in Sarajevo, Bosnia, Igor and his family relocated to the U.S. in the 1990s. He is truly an example of Supportworks' saying, "more is possible." He earned a Bachelor's degree from Creighton University and an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Purpose outside of work: Igor is a passionate sports fan and likes following the NBA, college basketball and tennis. He also has a deep love of travel, exploring new cultures and is always on the hunt for the elusive "perfect bite."
As an Accounting Coach at Supportworks, Mengying motivates and consults with dealers across the network on any financial issues or concerns they may have. She also works closely with the Director of Accounting Training to create tools and resources to further assist our dealers in achieving more than they ever thought possible.
Prior to joining the Supportworks team, Mengying worked at a large waterproofing and foundation repair company in Ohio, gaining invaluable insight about foundation issues while also growing her financial and accounting knowledge base. Mengying is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in accounting from the Ohio State University.
Purpose outside of work: Spending time with family and friends is Mengying's true happy place. She also loves exploring different kinds of foods, watching tennis and traveling whenever possible.
Kenny is the Senior 3D Specialist at Supportworks. He develops custom 3D models for use in manufacturing, marketing and training. He also maintains a database of product drawings. For contractors in the Supportworks network, Kenny assists with site-specific drawings for projects when needed.
With more than nearly a decade of experience in creating 3D images, Kenny's work is in use across the U.S., Canada and in South Africa. He earned an Associate's degree in computer drafting and design from ITT-Technical Institute, and was elected to the Alpha Beta Kappa National Honor Society.
Purpose outside of work: Kenny is a man of adventure! Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling, snowboarding, watching sports, golf and spending time with family and friends.
Shelly is an Executive Assistant at Supportworks, providing support to the President. She is also responsible for managing office systems, the dealer database and assisting dealers with day-to-day questions.
With more than a decade of experience in administrative support, Shelly brings value to the Supportworks network with her organizational skills and ability to assist dealers with a wide range of administrative support. She earned an Associate's degree from the Lincoln School of Commerce in Legal Assisting.
Purpose outside of work: Shelly's life outside of the office centers on her family - her husband and two children. They enjoy playing volleyball, spending time with friends and enjoying the outdoors.
As General Counsel, Brent serves as the main attorney and primary source of legal advice at Supportworks. He is responsible for providing legal counsel and oversight in areas including employment law, mergers and acquisitions, contracts and regulatory compliance, as well as managing external legal services.
Brent brings over 20 years of legal experience to the Supportworks team. He holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska - Kearney. Brent is also a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
Purpose outside of work: For Brent, family is his driving force. When he is away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He is also a diehard Nebraska fan and loves supporting Husker athletics.
As a graphic designer working in Supportworks' marketing department, Kelsey takes the lead in translating concepts into graphical form for both Supportworks and our large network of dealers. From logos and layouts to truck wraps and t-shirts, if it needs to make a visual impact, Kelsey knows how to get it done.
Before she joined Supportworks, Kelsey worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at an international creative design firm based in Toledo, Ohio. Prior to entering the workforce, Kelsey studied at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, receiving a bachelor of fine arts degree in graphic design and photography.
Purpose outside of work: When not at work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her Husband Clay and their two pugs Herbie and Hedwig. She also loves reading, listening to podcasts and watching documentaries on anything related to the true-crime genre.
As Senior Director of Marketing and Creative at Supportworks, Brooke manages the Supportworks brand, as well as develops the external and internal messaging strategies. She works closely with our team of marketing professionals, graphic designers, video production experts, 3D animation and photography specialists to develop content. She also provides one-on-one consultation and training to dealers across the U.S. and Canada to help determine what marketing strategies and tactics will make the greatest impact in their markets.
Prior to joining the Supportworks team, Brooke gained more than 15 years of experience in marketing and advertising. She worked in advertising and marketing agencies, consulting with clients across a wide variety of industries. Her client list included some of the world's largest automotive, manufacturing and entertainment brands. She also brings experience in developing and implementing marketing initiatives for a large national bank and a university athletic program. Brooke holds a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
Purpose outside of work: Brooke is passionate about CrossFit and fitness. When she isn't running, lifting or stretching, she can often be found spoiling her two dogs. Also on her list of things that make her happy: spending time with her nephews and a good happy hour with friends.
As Application Expert at Supportworks, Bob is responsible for developing the PolyLevel® product line within our network. This includes finding, developing and delivering new, related product lines to our dealers to expand this market and increase their profitability. In addition, Bob provides technical assistance, training, commercial sales and technical support to the network.
Bob brings strong professional experience to the Supportworks team. Before joining the company, he worked for several years working in one of the largest foundation repair contractors in the U.S. He gained knowledge about both foundation issues and customer needs. He also worked for more than a decade in a large national financial services company, where he held both product and project management positions. He has extensive experience in gathering customer input and using it to develop products that meet both customer needs and market conditions. Bob holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration from Bellevue University.
Purpose outside of work: Bob enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, and doing home improvement projects.
As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist at Supportworks, Brandon is responsible for managing orders coming in from across our network, making sure that each order is correct and shipped according to the dealer's request. This enables our dealers to receive product quickly so they can continue to serve their customers without interruption.
Brandon brings nearly 15 years of warehouse and inventory management experience to Supportworks. He is forklift certified, holds an Associate's degree from Iowa Central Community College and a BICSI Installer 2, Copper (INSTC) Certification. With his knowledge and expertise, Brandon plays a key role in helping the warehouse team meet and exceed their goals.
Purpose outside of work: Brandon loves being active and enjoying the great outdoors. In his free time, he likes to fish, golf and play softball with friends.

As Senior Director of Brand Innovation, Jennifer leads Supportworks' product strategy, product P&L management and product marketing activities. She is responsible for defining the overall vision and strategy of Supportworks' brands.
Jennifer brings over 14 years of brand management and leadership experience to the Supportworks team, most recently teaching marketing at a local university. The majority of her insight comes from over a decade in brand management with one of the largest global food manufacturing companies in North America, growing the business through innovation, marketing and renovation. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in public relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Master's degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University.
Purpose outside of work: Jennifer's happiest times are spent with her husband and two daughters. Having lived in three countries and seven states throughout her lifetime, she loves to travel whenever possible. She also enjoys practicing yoga, spending time in her garden or getting lost in a good book whenever she has time.

Valerie brings over 30 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis and procurement to the Supportworks team, most recently working for a non-profit organization here in Omaha where she gained a strong passion for redefining the customer experience.
Purpose outside of work: When Valerie is not busy crunching numbers, her true happy place is spending time with her husband, three children and nine grandchildren. She enjoys being outdoors, going on long hikes, Jazzercise and traveling whenever she gets the chance.

Guy brings years of inventory management and customer service experience to the Supportworks team. In addition to his warehouse expertise, Guy is also forklift certified and attended Metropolitan Community College.
Purpose outside of work: When Guy is away from the warehouse, he enjoys spending his free time with his two sons. He also loves working on cars, playing video games, whipping up something delicious in the kitchen and traveling whenever possible.
As the Senior Director of Training & Development, Tiffany leads the training and development team that is wholly devoted to helping our Supportworks dealers' businesses grow. Along with the team, she walks alongside our dealers and provides coaching on building solid business strategy, creating strong workplace culture and leading with purpose. Tiffany is also certified in DISC/12DF assessments, which help determine behavioral styles and driving forces of employees. She regularly presents at Supportworks training events.
Tiffany has been active in the construction industry since 2007. Prior to joining Supportworks, she was an Associate Attorney and HR Manager for a full-service, national law firm. She was also an adjunct instructor at the College of Saint Mary. Other professional experience includes serving as a Congressional intern in Washington, D.C. and as a youth ministry leader. Tiffany graduated with honors from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln with a Bachelor's degree in business administration and a Juris Doctorate.
Purpose outside of work: Tiffany's natural energy and enthusiasm don't stop when she leaves the office. She stays on-the-go by spending time with family and friends, pampering her home with her gardening and interior design skills, vocal music and being an active member of her church.
As an Appointment Center Specialist, Jordan's main responsibility is to provide a remarkable first impression of our Hello Garage National Appointment Center to set our franchisees up for success. Some of her job duties include; taking incoming calls, scheduling sales appointments, making outbound calls for pending leads, rescheduling cancelled appointments, sending pre-mailers to customers and conducting quality assurance calls after installations have been completed. She also performs a variety of administrative tasks for the company as needed.
Jordan brings several years of customer service experience to the Supportworks team, most recently gaining invaluable experience and insight as a front office manager at a local accounting firm. Jordan is currently enrolled at the University of Nebraska at Omaha where she is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in accounting.
Purpose outside of work: Jordan is a social butterfly who loves spending time with family and friends, traveling and, as a born-and-raised Nebraska girl, cheering on the Huskers.
As the Senior Director of Finance at Supportworks, Tammi oversees our financial, human resource and legal departments.
Before joining Supportworks, Tammi gained impactful knowledge and experience from more than 20 years in various accounting and finance roles. She comes to us with a Bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Purpose outside of work: When Tammi is away from the office, she enjoys spending as much time as possible with her husband and two sons. Whether that be at the soccer field or a nice leisurely walk around the neighborhood, being with family is her happy place. She is also passionate about her health and enjoys spending her free time exercising and learning about nutrition.
As a Production Coach at Supportworks, Riley assists contractors throughout North America in determining how best to address challenging foundation and concrete problems. An expert on the proper installation of our products, he also supervises and facilitates various training environments and projects to help our dealer network realize more is possible and further redefine the industry.
Riley brings over 25 years of experience in various construction roles to the team, most recently gaining in-depth insight into the industry as a Production Team Lead at one of the largest foundation repair contractors in the U.S.
Purpose outside of work: When Riley is not in the office, or out visiting dealers across the network, his favorite pastime is spending time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys a good barbecue and watching football-preferably when he can cheer on the Chicago Bears or Nebraska Cornhuskers.
As a Rig Builder at Supportworks, Merle handles all aspects of rig customization through electrical, construction, welding, fabricating and mechanical outputs. His work has a direct impact on the dealers in our concrete division.
Merle brings over five years of machine operations, customer service and warehouse experience to the team. In addition to his warehouse expertise, Merle served for four years in the United States Marine Corps as a technician and camp guard.
Purpose outside of work: When Merle is away from the warehouse, he enjoys watching football-preferably when the Atlanta Falcons are playing-or taking a leisurely stroll around the lake near his house with his rescue pup, Luna. And, you know what they say: once a Marine, always a Marine; every Veterans Day, Merle volunteers down at the local VFW or American Legion.
In his role as the Engineering Project Manager at Supportworks, James provides preliminary design recommendations for projects involving helical piles, helical tiebacks, helical soil nails and hydraulically-driven push piers. He's prolific in his work, and has completed over 500 preliminary designs. James also provides technical support and assistance to the Supportworks contractor network.
James has been involved with the deep foundation industry for more than a decade. Previous to joining the Supportworks team, he worked at one of the largest foundation repair companies in the U.S., where he gained valuable experience in product installation, equipment operation, residential and commercial sales and managing a production department. James holds a Bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Purpose outside of work: James has a busy life outside of the office with his big family, which includes his wife and four children.
As a Video Specialist here at Supportworks, Mike uses his extensive skill set in filming, editing and storytelling to create content that provides marketing and training support to dealers in the network.
Prior to joining Supportworks, Mike was an award-winning videographer for a local news station where he gained invaluable experience in both video production and photography. He holds a Bachelor's degree in communications with a major in broadcasting from the University of Nebraska - Omaha.
Purpose outside of work: Aside from perfecting his skills with some freelance photography, Mike hosts a weekly podcast and partakes in the occasional improv comedy gig. He also loves being active with lively outdoor activities; from hiking, to paddle boarding, to playing sand volleyball, and everything in between. Fun fact: Mike is down to pet dogs-all the dogs.
As a Sales & Service Coach at Supportworks, Stuart trains design techs and sales managers throughout the network on maximizing their sales effectiveness, specializing in concrete sales training. Stuart also leads the sales development initiatives for our fast-growing group of Hello Garage franchisees.
Prior to joining the Supportworks team, Stuart coached and developed some of the top NCAA collegiate athletes in the U.S. He worked with them to develop in their respective sports, but also in specially-developed programs that helped them maximize their innate talents, soft skills and life goals. For over a decade, he worked with some of the top universities across the U.S. in this role. Stuart holds a Bachelor's degree in communication theory from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Master's degree in sport administration from the University of Northern Colorado.
Purpose outside of work: Stuart has a passion for good food as a self-proclaimed "foodie." He enjoys trying new and interesting restaurants in the local culinary scene with his wife. He also enjoys riding and racing his road bike.
Greg Thrasher is Chairman and owner of Supportworks and is a renowned foundation expert with over 35 years of experience. Greg began his career in 1975 when he founded Thrasher Basement Systems, a foundation repair company in Omaha, Nebraska. Under Greg's direction, Thrasher Basement Systems has grown to become one of the largest foundation stabilization companies in the U.S. and serves as a national training center for contractors throughout the U.S. and Canada who want to learn about the foundation business.
Greg has spent his career developing hundreds of foundation contractors and coaching them in all areas of business. In addition to this, Greg and his companies have been recognized and awarded multiple times by organizations such as the Better Business Bureau, Omaha Chamber of Commerce, Midlands Business Journal and others for achieving high levels of integrity, growth and customer service. Greg has also been honored to sit on the selection committee for the Better Business Bureau's Business Integrity Award.
Greg has coordinated and spoken at dozens of industry trade conferences over the past 20 years and is recognized as an authority in the application and installation of foundation repair systems across the country. His direction and forward-thinking approach helps to keep Foundation Supportworks at the cutting edge of the industry.
Purpose outside of work: Greg and his wife Nancy have been blessed with three children, Daniel, David and Anna, along with many grandchildren. In his spare time, Greg enjoys golfing, fishing and serving at his church.
As Director of Product Development, Kat is responsible for overseeing product development initiatives by establishing detailed business plans; including product analysis, product release planning, product training and execution. She works closely with all teams at Supportworks to ensure new products are being developed to meet homeowners' needs.
Before joining Supportworks, Kat gained invaluable knowledge and insight from over 12 years within the brand marketing field, most recently working on marketing and brand strategy for a local startup company focused on delivering great tasting, healthy food.
Purpose outside of work: When Kat is away from the office, her true happy place is spending time with her children. She also enjoys a fun workout-anything from a fast-paced spin class to an intense barre session-and getting lost in a good book.
As a Business Coach here at Supportworks, Lowell uses his extensive history in business development to assist our network of dealers with their goal setting and business strategy to help them achieve more than they ever thought possible.
Lowell comes to Supportworks with over two decades of experience in business development, sales management, budgeting and marketing. Most recently working with Nebraska's largest newspaper and website where he gained invaluable knowledge in growing sales for businesses using digital media and marketing. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in journalism from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
Purpose outside of work: Lowell and his wife love to spend time watching their two children participate in various sporting events throughout the year. He is also a diehard Nebraska fan and loves cheering on the Huskers whenever possible. Fun Fact: When Lowell attended UNL he worked as a student manager for the '94 and '95 Husker football teams, which means he is the lucky owner of TWO National Football Championship rings!
As a Controller at Supportworks, Anne works closely with our Accounting department to control and maintain general ledgers to manage the financials for the company.
Anne brings over five years of experience in various accounting roles to the team, most recently gaining invaluable knowledge and insight as an Auditor at a local accounting and business consulting firm. She holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on accounting and financial analysis from Creighton University.
Purpose outside of work: Along with her husband, Anne loves to travel, try new restaurants and work on D.I.Y. projects around the house. She also loves spending time with her "little sister" through the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Midlands program.
Jon is the Director of Business Development at Supportworks. In this role, he supports dealers in managing and developing their production teams. He also helps them implement industry best practices in their production departments.
Before joining Supportworks, Jon worked for one of the largest foundation contractors in the U.S. in a variety of roles. He gained experience in several areas, including business operations and creating WOW customer experiences. Jon also gained in-depth experience in foundation production from working in concrete foundation wall construction. While working full time pouring walls, Jon also earned an Associate's degree in CADD at Southeast Community College, Nebraska.
Purpose outside of work: For Jon, being a father and husband is a driving force. He enjoys spending time with his wife two young children traveling, taking part in outdoor activities, and as a native son of Nebraska, cheering on Husker football.
As the Director of Human Resources here at Supportworks, Jodi uses her strong passion for employee development and culture building to recruit and onboard high-quality employees, create talent management processes and establish leadership development initiatives
Jodi comes to Supportworks with over two decades of experience in HR and recruiting, most recently as a VP of Human Resources at a large commercial real estate firm. Prior to that, she gained most of her knowledge and insight in various HR roles within the retail industry. Jodi is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Emotional Intelligence Trainer and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Purpose outside of work: Jodi is a born-and-raised Nebraska girl who grew up hunting, fishing and boating on the Harlan County Reservoir. To this day, these are still among her favorite pastimes. She also loves a good DIY project around the house and spending time with her husband and three children.
Tim is a Procurement Specialist at Supportworks. In this role, he works with the supply chain team to analyze sales history, ensuring our inventory is at optimum levels for our dealers. He also works closely with our vendors, negotiating the best cost savings for the network.
Prior to joining the Supportworks team, Tim worked as a Supply Plan Coordinator at one of the largest home furnishing stores in the US. He began his career in horticulture, including serving as the Assistant Superintendent at a large golf course for two years. His change of course was a stroke of good luck for both Supportworks and our dealer companies. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in horticulture with a minor in business and a Master's degree in recreation resource management, both from Northwest Missouri State University.
Purpose outside of work: Tim is a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and four younger sisters. He also loves to hunt and explore the outdoors by camping and fishing with his chocolate lab, Hank. He may not have a career in the horticulture world anymore, but that passion is still there - Tim has one of the most impressive backyard gardens you'll ever see!
As a Software Engineer at Supportworks, JD uses his high-level development skills to help build software and mobile applications that are used by dealers in our network. He is known as someone who asks a lot of questions, because he is dedicated to making decisions in-line with the project's vision, and to delivering the best possible user experience.
With more than two decades of software engineering experience, JD is valuable member of our technology team. Prior to coming to Supportworks, he worked at a small technology and industry consulting organization, starting as an intern and moving into more senior technology roles. He also worked for several years as a business analyst, giving him business insights he can apply to his development work. JD studied electronics engineering and computer science at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Purpose outside of work: JD's calm and quiet nature serves him well as a devoted family man. He and his wife have two young sons. When he isn't spending time with them, or volunteering at his church, JD enjoys woodworking (but reports he would enjoy it much more if he was better at it).
As the Director of Customer Care Training at Supportworks, Jenny serves as a support in these areas to dealers in the network. She applies her experience with management and customer service to advising and coaching dealers. Jenny helps dealers implement the industry's best practices, which helps them deliver high levels of WOW customer service.
Before joining the Supportworks team, Jenny gained valuable experience working as a Director for one of the largest foundation repair companies in the U.S. There, she was responsible for the day-to-day functions and management of the appointment center, as well as marketing and lead generation. Through this experience, Jenny can relate to the day-to-day challenges of others in similar roles across the Supportworks network. Jenny also has professional experience in project management and customer service working in retail management. Jenny holds a Bachelor's degree in elementary education from Baylor University.
Purpose outside of work: Jenny's happiest times are spent with her family and friends, she also loves to cook up a good meal or read a good book in her free time.
As Senior Production Coach, Ray works with installers across the U.S. and Canada, training them on proper installation techniques of Supportworks foundation stabilization products. He also provides on-site consulting to teams that are undertaking unique or high-profile projects.
With nearly two decades of hands-on experience in foundation repair and hundreds of foundation repairs in his history, Ray brings valuable insight and problem-solving skills to the Supportworks network. He has deep passion for delivering each Supportworks customer "the best contractor experience that they will ever have."
Purpose outside of work: Ray's large family is his pride and joy. He and his wife have three grown sons and four grandchildren. Ray is also an avid runner, having run more than 20 marathons in 20 different states!
As Assistant Warehouse Manager at Supportworks, Kevin works closely with our warehouse team to ensure product orders are filled and shipped efficiently and on-time to dealers across the network.
Kevin brings over 20 years of production and warehouse experience to Supportworks, most recently gaining invaluable knowledge and insight working in supply chain management at a large financial services company. His extensive background in warehouse operations not only make him an integral part of the team, but also gives him the know-how to work efficiently and focus on details.
Purpose outside of work: When Kevin is not in the warehouse, he loves to get his hands dirty working on his family's farm, going fishing and enjoying the great outdoors with a good camping trip.
As a Software Engineer at Supportworks, Ryan develops, tests and implements technology solutions to be used by the dealers in our network. He also reviews existing technology applications and recommends updates that improve their effectiveness to offer the best possible user experience.
Ryan brings over two decades of experience in software solutions and application development, mostly as an independent software developer working with both large and small companies. He holds a Bachelor's degree in computer science from Iowa State University.
Purpose outside of work: Ryan's true happy place is being with his family, often attending his children's sporting events. He also volunteers as the President of his local school district's booster club, offering support to the student athletes. When he does get some downtime, Ryan enjoys working on his golf game and checking out the live music scene around town.
As an Executive Assistant at Supportworks, Ashley provides support to the Vice President of Strategy. She also manages office systems, including phones and supplies, to ensure proper function and efficiency and coordinates travel arrangements for Supportworks guests and employees.
Ashley joins the team with years of administrative expertise already under her belt. Most notably gaining invaluable insight and knowledge as an administrative assistant to HR at one of the world's largest wedding media and services companies where she utilized her keen multi-tasking skills to assist the department on a wide variety of projects and events. She holds an Associate's degree in business from Metropolitan Community College and a Bachelor's in communication from Bellevue University.
Purpose outside of work: When Ashley's away from the office, her true happy place is spending time with family and friends-preferably enjoying the great outdoors with a glass of red wine and good music. She also loves to travel and explore new cities whenever she can.
As a Sales & Service Coach, Jeff uses his successful sales experience to work with other sales professionals across the Supportworks network. He is also the main point of contact for onboarding and training new customers of our SolutionView tablet app. Jeff is passionate about strengthening sales teams and helping them attain strong growth.
Before becoming part of the Supportworks team, Jeff worked in sales at a large foundation repair company. Although he had no previous sales experience, he attained high closing rates and great success with his natural communication skills and deep knowledge of the sales process. His other professional experience includes developing marketing and sales strategies for a small company and serving as the worship minister in his church for several years. He earned a Bachelor's degree in youth ministry from Nebraska Christian College.
Purpose outside of work: As a native Nebraskan, Jeff is proud of his optimistic, hard-working, farm boy upbringing and his state's football team, the Huskers. He enjoys watching games, golfing and spending time with his wife and daughters.
As a Lead Designer at Supportworks, Mike is responsible for leading our team of graphic designers and bringing his creative skills to a wide variety of projects, including branding efforts, promotional material, publications and special projects. He enjoys working in an array of formats, on projects for Supportworks and dealers in our network.
Before joining the Supportworks team, Mike gained design experience in various positions: in a marketing company, an auto group and doing extensive freelance work for clients across the U.S. Prior to that, he served six years in the U.S Army. Mike earned an Associate's degree in graphic design from Southeast Community College.
Purpose outside of work: Mike is a born-and-raised Nebraskan. He loves to take his wife and three young children out and about to show them all the state has to offer when he's not designing masterpieces.
Amy is the Director of Events at Supportworks. She applies her top-notch organizational skills, talent for making events memorable and outgoing personality to ensure all of our network training and conference events are valuable, well-planned and fun.
Prior to joining the Supportworks team, Amy gained significant experience working for a large event planning company, where she planned and managed events at local and national levels. She holds a Bachelor's degree in public relations from Northwest Missouri State University.
Purpose outside of work: The bright spots in Amy's life are her husband and two children. She loves to spend time with them; whether at home watching college football or, her personal favorite, soaking up the sun at their cabin.
As a Human Resources Coach at Supportworks, Casey consults with dealers in the network about their human resources issues in areas such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, employee development and HR legal compliance. Casey also presents at training events and creates training content.
Prior to joining Supportworks, Casey worked as a Human Relations Manager for a well-known construction company, gaining invaluable experience and insight on everything from recruiting, onboarding and employee retention to developing professional development strategies and training programs. He also brings expertise in project management, communications, public relations and graphic design to the team. Casey holds an Associate's degree in communications.
Purpose outside of work: When he is not in the office, Casey's true happy place is spending time with his two children and attending all of their many activities. He is also very passionate about fitness-CrossFit in particular-and coaching baseball. When he's able to get away, he enjoys traveling to new and exciting destinations, preferably areas that allow him to partake in some rock climbing.
Tammy is the Director of Curriculum Development at Supportworks. As part of the training and development team, she works with presenters and trainers to ensure content presented to those attending training is innovative, effective and in line with best practices.
With a varied professional background, Tammy's experiences prior to joining the Supportworks team make her uniquely qualified to design high-quality curriculum. She gained important experience designing curriculum and conducting training at a large national franchise-based company and a large non-profit organization. She was also a licensed, practicing mental health therapist before moving into pharmaceutical sales for nearly a decade. Tammy holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, a Master's degree in educational psychology from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln and a Graduate Certificate in instructional design from the University of Wisconsin - Stout.
Purpose outside of work: Tammy's world outside of the office is centered on her family. Tammy, her husband and their two children like to watch movies and volunteer at church to spend time together.
As a Rig Builder at Supportworks, Kenyon handles all aspects of rig customization through electrical, construction, welding, fabricating and mechanical outputs. His work has a direct impact on the dealers in our concrete division.
Before joining the Supportworks team, Kenyon spent over two decades gaining invaluable experience and skills in inventory management, machine operations and mechanical work. With his knowledge and expertise, Kenyon will play a key role in helping the rig team meet and exceed their goals.
Purpose outside of work: Kenyon's passion for mechanical work and restoration of power equipment and heavy machinery doesn't stop when he leaves the warehouse, his favorite pastime is building cars-on any given day, you can find Kenyon in his own garage working on one of his project cars.
As a Production Coach at Supportworks, Nick assists contractors throughout North America in determining how best to address challenging foundation and concrete problems. He supervises and facilitates various training environments and projects, helping our dealer network realize more is possible and further redefine the industry.
Nick comes to Supportworks after serving a combined 10 years between the United States Army and National Guard. Through his time in the service, and two deployments, he gained invaluable experience in training and coaching.
Purpose outside of work: Nick's biggest passion is music. He has a solo country act and has written, produced and recorded his own music. When he's not in the office, or traveling to various job sites, you can usually find him out and about performing around town. (Fun fact: some of his music is available on iTunes and Spotify-check him out!) Nick is also passionate about fitness and enjoys spending his free time at his local CrossFit gym.
Tyler is a Digital Production Manager at Supportworks, working with his team of photographers, 3D and video specialists to produce professional digital content for the Supportworks network.
Prior to Supportworks, Tyler gained professional experience in the sports world, working for HuskerVision to produce professional sports broadcasts for several years. He holds a Bachelor's degree in broadcasting and is currently pursuing his Master's in integrated media communications, both from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
Purpose outside of work: Tyler is a family man who enjoys spending his free time with his wife and four young children, playing sports and hitting the trails for the occasional bike ride.
Darlene is the Director of Accounting Training at Supportworks. She thoroughly enjoys getting to know the dealers in the network and has a passion for helping them improve their accounting knowledge, skills and practices.
Before moving her career to Supportworks, Darlene was the Controller for one of the largest foundation repair companies in the U.S. She worked as Controller for both companies for several years, but now is in her new role full-time with Supportworks. She has extensive financial management and accounting experience, having worked in both private and public accounting for more than 30 years. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Purpose outside of work: Darlene would drop anything to spend time with her seven (adorable) grandchildren! She's also very fond of the rest of her family, including her husband, three adult children, and their wonderful spouses.
As a Video Specialist at Supportworks, Nick assists in all areas of our video team, with a focus on post-production. With his passion, he plays a heavy role in editing where he applies his developed skills in storytelling to redefine how we train, educate and inspire through video.
Prior to joining the Supportworks team, Nick spent several years living the dream out in Hollywood. He developed his editing skills by working on several popular sitcoms, many of which are still running today! Nick also gained valuable video production experience working for HuskerVision while he attended the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. He holds a Bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism.
Purpose outside of work: Nick's favorite pastime is getting lost in a good book. He also enjoys exploring new places and hanging out with family and friends whenever he gets the chance. And, if you ever want some crazy stories about Hollywood, he's your guy!
